Customer Service is the foundation of our business and the highest
priority at FromTheHeart.com. Should you receive a gift
that has been damaged in any way, or does not fully meet your expectations,
we will be happy to provide a full refund. Please notify us within 30 days for a Return Authorization.
Upon review of your request and proper documentation, we will contact
you with a Return Authorization Number. Once the item has been returned, we will
be happy to replace the gift at no charge, or credit your account for the cost of the goods, in
the same method as the purchase was originally made, whichever you prefer. Shipping charges
can only be refunded when product has been damaged. Please
note that we are unable to accept any returns without an associated
Return Authorization Number. All return authorizations must be initiated within 30 days
of receipt of merchandise. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days, regardless of reason.
Aside from damaged items, all food items must be in it's original and unopened packaging in
order to accept it as a return.
Large quantity purchases without damages, are at the sole discretion of
FromTheHeart.com. These orders are filled based on the ability to produce a large inventory
of the requested item. In addition, should the return be approved, said return shall result
in a restocking fee of 10% of the retail price of the item(s), as well as all shipping costs
between us, the customer, and the manufacturer.
