Will you contact my gift recipient? I want to make sure it's a surprise.
No contact will be made unless absolutely necessary to complete delivery. Please remember that
deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes.
What if you have problems making the delivery?
Sometimes, upon processing orders, we might need additional information and therefore need to contact you. Please provide as much information as possible so that we are able to get in touch with you promptly. You may want
to make sure that we get your mobile or cell number and e-mail information, as well. Should a question arise,
we may need to get in touch with you immediately in order to prevent a delay in your gift delivery.
We certainly wouldn't want that special someone to miss his or her delivery just because we couldn't
get in touch with you.
What if there is a problem with the delivery information?
Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information.
Delivery services will not forward to another address.
I want to order via phone or fax. Is this ok?
Absolutely it's ok. Just make sure to have your gift name and item number ready. It would also be
a good idea to have your catalog handy when placing phone orders.
Do I get to include my own personal message?
Of course you do. You will be asked for this information during the checkout process.
Am I guaranteed to always receive the exact same items listed in your catalog?
Based on season and availability, we do reserve the right to make component substitutions using
items of comparable or greater value. Some items absolutely cannot ship during warm summer months.
We will make every effort possible to ensure that you are kept current with these items. Please note
that the most efficient method of checking current availability is via the web site. The web site is
the quickest and easiest form of getting you the information you need.
When will my order ship?
Single item orders received by 12 pm EST, M-F are guaranteed to ship the same day. Single item
orders received after 12 pm EST, will be shipped on the next business day. Please call for
delivery options on multiple item/bulk orders.
